Welcome to the August edition of the TeleNewsletter!
We are delighted to share our newsletter with you; bringing you up to date with Telehouse’s latest developments and what we are doing to enhance our customers’ experience.
Time Flies – Thirty and Thriving
It has been 30 years since Telehouse opened the doors to its first colocation facility at London Docklands and since then it has grown to 4 interconnected facilities. We would like to thank you, our Telehouse family, for your loyalty and support throughout the years. To mark the occasion, we have created a 30th Anniversary eBook on how the industry and Telehouse have evolved and what is in store for the future.
Connect with your Potential Customers
We have had a website makeover, have you seen it yet? This global pandemic has taught us that maintaining connections is more important than ever. We have created a free online Telehouse Marketplace where our customers can promote, connect, and strategically develop their services at Telehouse. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our Marketplace team who will be happy to support you.
Your Opinion Matters
As a result of the feedback received from our last customer survey, we now have crash carts available to our customers to help them service the IT equipment in their rack when they are on-site. Interested in knowing more about our services? Our friendly team of specialists are always on hand to answer any questions you may have. Email [email protected] or call 020 7512 0550.
Support for your Business During the Easing of the Lockdown
The current climate has forced many businesses to change the way they operate. We offer a range of services to help you scale your business and support your IT infrastructure. Our Remote Hands Service gives you access to a highly skilled, experienced team of support engineers that can deliver a service to your rack as if they were your own in-house team. It’s one of the main ways you can realise the true benefits of partnering with Telehouse.
Latest Case Studies
We have developed some new case studies to show how we work with customers to help solve business challenges and provide a solid infrastructure for future growth.
Going Greener
At Telehouse, we participate in voluntary environmental standards to ensure we are continuously improving the energy efficiency of our operations. Further measures have been put in place, such as a new system incorporating efficient fans, improved controls and replacing fluorescent light fittings with energy-efficient LED lighting.
