The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Agreements between Telehouse and the Customer in relation to the Event and are incorporated into the contract described on the order form.
Tickets to this Event are issued on behalf of the Organiser Immediate Live and are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Admission to the event will only be granted with a valid ticket. The Customer must provide the names and dietary requirements of all attendees from the Customer at least 30 days prior to the Event. Any request for changes to attendees and dietary requirements may be accepted by Telehouse as determined at its sole discretion.
- Tickets to the Event may not be exchanged or refunded after payment has been made (other than in accordance with paragraph 4).
- If the Event is rescheduled or moved, Telehouse shall give you the options of either retaining your tickets for the new date, or returning your tickets for a full refund.
- If the Event is cancelled, or upon requesting a refund in accordance with this paragraph 4, the Customer shall receive a full refund for the price of the tickets within 30 days of notice of cancellation.
- If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled Telehouse shall not be responsible for any resulting costs or fees (including travel, accommodation or other compensation).
- Tickets for the Event may not be transferred to any other entity other than the Customer. If you are unable to attend, please contact [email protected].
- Telehouse reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the Event as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- For the safety of people at the Event, Telehouse and the venue management reserve the right to refuse admission to the Event as they deem appropriate. Telehouse and the venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any person who appears to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with a reasonable request of Telehouse or venue management.
- Following execution of this Agreement, Telehouse shall provide the Customer with an invoice for the Event. The Customer shall make payment in full within 30 days of receipt of the invoice in accordance with the payment terms set out therein. If the Customer does not comply with this Paragraph 10, Telehouse may notify the Customer that the tickets to the Event are forfeited, and Telehouse may resell such tickets at its discretion.
- Neither Telehouse nor the venue management will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, Telehouse will not be responsible for the actions or omissions of any third party (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any caterers or other suppliers providing services at the Event).
- Telehouse does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event. All property brought to the Event shall remain at the owner’s risk at all times.
- Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by Telehouse and/or its Suppliers. If any individual would prefer not to feature in any broadcast or publication following the Event, it should notify Telehouse in advance of the Event.
- Anyone under the age of 18, or who are not able to provide identification on request proving that they are over the age of 18, shall not be permitted to attend the Event.
- Attendees are not permitted to bring any animals to the event, with the exception of guide dogs and/or assistance animals.
- Each party shall comply and provide reasonable assistance to the other party to comply with all applicable data protection laws in connection with the performance of the Contract.
- The law of England and Wales shall apply to this Agreement and any dispute that arises from such Agreement. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
- Telehouse shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
